Belated V-Day Post

This is the beautiful orchid my S.H. got me for valentines day! He gave it to me a little early and I have just been a slacker and not gotten a picture of it up. Again slacker. I love orchids they are my favorite flower, he got me one on our honeymoon and sadly somewhere between the 10 hr + car ride and me (lets face it, mostly me) it didn't live all that long. I am crossing my fingers that this one lasts just a little longer :) I've had it for over a week and its still alive, thats always a good sign. Its sad that I think thats an accomplishment, I know.

So, I know I've been a slacker at the whole a picture a day thing and I have excuses up the wazoo to explain why but I wont bother you with those details. Mostly I'm just a slacker who is trying to not be such a slacker and its not working out all that well. I'll be better...I promise....probably....once I get rid of this lovely cold. Ya, when I'm not sick I'll be better. That sounds good. Right?

Yes, I know I didn't post yesterday, but I made up for it and it wasn't my fault. Really, our computer crashed last week and its having some residual backlashing at me. It is the computer, not me! But soon, hopefully very soon it will be completely fixed and running like a champ :)

Day 2: Rub-a-Dub-Dub

Sweet miss Paige is having a VERY bad day, not even a bath would cheer her up! She's my lil' water baby and a dip in the tub will usually do the trick, but not today :(

Maybe, Just Maybe This Time...

This is from today, she is teething, still, and not feeling well but she feels good enough to dig through her books to find that special one she is looking for.

A few weeks ago my mom and Georgia came over to visit us and we went down in the canyon to look at all of the frozen waterfalls.

So, I've officially decided instead of shooting for a post a week that is just amazing and clever and whole lot of things that I'm just not great at (and never happens) I will be resorting to shooting for a picture a day and see if that actually happens, in real life instead of just my imagination. wish me luck :)

Yes, yes I am fully aware of how lame this post was, especially since its been months since I last made a post. In my defense though blogger is and has been being incredibly stupid and wont let me upload hardly any photos and the ones it does let me, well they take about 3 minutes per photo and I don't thoroughly enjoy sitting on my butt waiting for pics to appear. It might be user error, but until this user can fix her error I'll have to beg for your patience.
